Beats Flex does not work with Android.
Beats by Dre will not work with Android unless you have a Beats by Dre product. You need to have the Beats by Dre app installed on your Android device and set up a Bluetooth connection.
Beats Flex is not connecting because they may be out of range. If you have Beats Flex close to your phone, it should connect automatically. If not, try moving them closer to your phone or restarting your phone if it is running Android.
There is not an app for Beats Flex.
To put Beats in pairing mode, open the Beats app and tap the three lines in the top left corner. Tap Pairing Mode and then select your Bluetooth device.
Beats by Dr. Dre products have a 3-year warranty and AppleCare+ is available for an additional year. If you are experiencing connectivity issues, please reach out to Beats for support.
Beats are not discoverable on most music streaming platforms because they are owned and operated by Apple.
To put your Beats Flex in pairing mode, open the Beats app and tap on the three lines in the top left corner. Next, tap on “Pairing.” You’ll then be prompted to enter your Beats Flex’s PIN number. After you’ve entered it, your Beats Flex will be in pairing mode and you can start using it with other Bluetooth-enabled devices.

Beats Flex can connect to multiple devices, including smartphones, tablets, and computers.
