Samsung Galaxy S20 series is the latest premium and flagship smartphone from Samsung. Samsung unveiled the Galaxy S20 series, i.e., Galaxy S20, S20 Plus, and S20 Ultra as its latest flagship family at the Galaxy Unpacked 2020 event in San Francisco, California. The Galaxy S20 series ships with Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 865 chipset, which features more powerful image processing, a new fifth-generation AI Engine, better power efficiency, basically everything you could ask for in a mobile processor.

In this article, we’ll show you the options that you can do to Manage Contacts on Galaxy S20, S20+ or S20 Ultra in straightforward steps.

Manage Contacts on Galaxy S20, S20+ or S20 Ultra

Add a contact

  • Go to the Home screen.
  • Swipe up, then tap Contacts.
  • Tap the Create icon (+ icon).
  • Select the following where to save the contact to:
  • Samsung account
  • Phone
  • Google
  • Enter the name and contact details, then tap Save.

Add contact to speed dial

  • Go to the Home screen.
  • Swipe up, then tap Phone.
  • Tap the Contacts tab.
  • Tap More options at the upper right (three dots).
  • Tap Speed dial numbers.
  • Tap the number you want to assign the speed dial number. The #1 slot is always assigned to Voicemail and cannot be changed.
  • Tap the contact you want to assign to the speed dial number.
  • Tap the arrow in the left corner to go back to the Phone app.

Add number to a caller group

  • Go to the Home screen.
  • Swipe up, then tap Contacts.
  • Tap the contact you want to add to your group.
  • Tap the Edit tab at the bottom.
  • Tap Groups.
  • Select you to wish to assign to the contact.
  • Tap the arrow to go back to the Contact profile, then tap Save

If you want to create a new group that’s not in the list:

  • Go to the Home screen.
  • Swipe up, then tap Contacts.
  • Tap the contact you want to add to your group.
  • Tap the Edit tab at the bottom.
  • Tap Groups.
  • Tap Create group.
  • Tap the arrow to go back to the Contact profile, then tap Save

Copy contacts

  • Go to the Home screen.
  • Swipe up, then tap Contacts.
  • Tap Menu at the upper left (three horizontal lines).
  • Tap Manage contacts.
  • Select Import/Export contacts.
  • If you want to copy contacts from your phone to an SD card, SIM card, or vCard file
  • Tap Export then select the SD card.
  • Choose the contacts to export, then tap DONE > EXPORT > OK.
  • If you want to copy contacts from an SD card, SIM card, or vCard file to your phone
  • Tap Import then select SD card.
  • Choose the contacts to import, select Internal storage, and then select Done > IMPORT > OK.

Create caller group

  • Go to the Home screen.
  • Swipe up, then tap Contacts.
  • Tap Menu at the upper left (three horizontal lines).
  • Tap Groups.
  • Tap Create.
  • Enter a group name, adjust the ringtone, add members, and then tap SAVE.

Delete contact

  • Go to the Home screen.
  • Swipe up, then tap Contacts.
  • Touch and hold the contact until it shows selected. Repeat for other contacts you want to delete.
  • When finished, tap DELETE > DELETE.
